This week I created a value proposition for the company ExpandShare by creating content for their LinkedIn account. While doing research on ExpandShare, I noticed that their LinkedIn presence is not up to date. Their last LinkedIn post was 8 months ago. I believe that having more consistent content on their LinkedIn profile can boost customer engagement, create awareness about what ExpandShare does, and improve their reputation.
The content I created this week are four infographics that help explain ExpandShare basic functionalities and the services they offer. I incorporated their branding into each graphic based on their website design.
Infographic #1: How Can We Help You? This graphic provides a basic breakdown of what software and creation services ExpandShare offers. In the LinkedIn post, they can provide a link to the appropriate landing page. WebsiteLink
Infographic #2: Why eLearning? This graphic provides a statistical breakdown on why companies should switch to digital online training software.
Infographic #3: How our eLearning Software Works? This graphic simply breaks down the software into 4 simple functions. In the LinkedIn post you can provide a link to the landing page on the ExpandShare website that breaks down each step into more depth. WebsiteLink
Infographic #4: Start a Content Project, lists all the types of content that ExpandShare’s design services can offer. This LinkedIn post could attach the landing page where customers can request a quote, demo, or start a content project. WebsiteLink
More Content Suggestions: Along with these infographics, posting video content is a great way to increase customer engagement and boost an online presence. LinkedIn recommends that videos should be around 30 seconds to five minutes in length. Considering ExpandShare digital training videos are around 2 minutes on average, it could be beneficial to share training videos on LinkedIn so that potential customers have an idea of how the training works and looks. Short videos will engage more people and great content for people who land on your LinkedIn profile and scroll through your latest posts. Infographics that use less text make it easy to follow and gives the viewer direct information. Along with video and infographics, you can post articles directing on LinkedIn, such as blog posts and other relative news regarding your business or industry. The key to increasing any engagement online is to post consistent content, but you also do not want to over-saturate. Posting at least twice a week will improve your reputation and is another outlet to engage potential customers and businesses to buy ExpandShare’s eLearning software and services.
