Toast – Marketing Materials for Sales Reps

Toast is a rapidly growing startup in Boston, MA that’s revolutionizing the way the restaurant industry does business.  Toast offers the first android based, all-in-one restaurant management platform. Built exclusively for food service businesses on an affordable cloud-based platform, Toast offers advanced functionality including tableside ordering, quick menu modifications, real-time reporting, online ordering, and labor management on an easy-to-use interface.

After applying to the content specialist role at Toast I designed some handout that Sales Reps could use when they are out in the field.  Whenever they have meetings with potential leads, existing clients, or other restaurant managers they have materials on hand to share with them.  These handouts will inform clients/leads further about Toast’s software, provide answers to FAQ’s and direct them to learn more.  It also provides them with contact information to the Toast Support Staff and the Sales Rep.

Another responsibility as a content specialist at Toast is to work closely with guest bloggers and influencers to co-create content for Toast’s blog.  Therefore, I developed a leads list for bloggers and influencers and mocked-up a cold email strategy to contact those leads.
